We provide effective, personalised, context specific coaching in investor relations for business leaders. Additionally, we provide an objective sounding board to assist in addressing complex situations where investor confidence and value is at risk.

Given the nature of our work and its focus, we only work with a limited number of clients at any time.
People
David Lindsay has spent his career working with corporate leaders initially on supporting their value creating initiatives as a corporate advisor (mergers and acquisitions, IPOs, divestments, valuation and capital raising) and then on their engagement with investors so that value is fairly recognised. Over the past 20 years he has been engaged with a range of companies, CEOs and business leaders across Australia and New Zealand, encompassing all industries, company sizes and issues. Many clients are longstanding with track records of top quartile performance.
David is a non-executive director of The Overcomers Place, a not-for-profit addiction recovery service, and is a past director of the Australasian Investor Relations Association.
Previously Managing Director of Channel: Financial Communication, BNP Equities Australia and Hambros Australia. He holds Commerce (economics) and Law degrees from UNSW.
